Responsibilities:

1. Lead international strategy consulting projects for overseas-bound enterprises, including market entry strategies, regional expansion planning, and localization operation model design; collaborate with the sales team on client communication and project execution.

2. Conduct in-depth research on international business operations, complete top-level design and detailed solution design as per project requirements, and drive project acceptance.

3. Research macro-economic environments, industry policies, competitive landscapes, and cultural differences in target countries, providing clients with precise regional market insights and strategic recommendations.

4. Translate strategic plans into executable business blueprints, assisting clients with organizational restructuring, process optimization, and the implementation of supporting digital tools.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in International Business, Management, Economics, or related fields; 5+ years of experience in international strategy consulting or overseas business advisory.

2. Familiar with the business environment and regulatory policies of at least two overseas regions (e.g., Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe); proven track record in delivering full-cycle international consulting projects.

3. Mastery of consulting methodologies in strategic planning, organizational design, and process optimization; capable of independently managing the entire process from requirements research to solution delivery.

4. Strong business analysis, logical reasoning, and communication skills; able to engage effectively with C-level executives.

5. Fluent in English as a working language; additional language skills are a plus.

6. Graduates from renowned universities (including China's 985/211, Double First-Class institutions, or QS World University Rankings top 200) are preferred.

职责描述： 1.大数据相关技术的研究及应用，攻克大数据技术的重难点问题； 2.大数据相关解决方案的总体架构，包括但不限于架构设计、指导落地实施、客户需求对接以及持续提升解决方案能力等； 3. 负责售前阶段大数据相关解决方案的讲解、POC、以及项目的实施交付。 任职要求： 1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上的开发工作经验，有大数据平台相关实施经验者优先； 2、精通大数据技术，包括不限于Flink、Spark以及传统ETL开发； 3、熟练掌握Hadoop、CDH、TDH、Doris、Hive等主流大数据技术框架的部署及性能调优，并掌握其工作原理； 4、熟练掌握Oracle、MySql、DB2、KingBase、Hive、HDFS、Doris等数据库及相关指令； 5、熟练掌握java、python等开发语言； 6、具备独立开发系统模块的能力，能独立完成需求分析、设计、编码工作； 7、具有良好的团队精神和沟通能力，高度责任心，工作态度认真，严谨踏实，可承受较大工作压力，并接受出差。

岗位职责： 1、参与应用系统、API接口、数据库等相关项目可行性研究 2、负责应用系统、API接口、数据库等相关项目的需求分析、功能设计、系统设计、编码、技术测试、推广及维护支持工作，并完成相关技术文档的编写； 3、参与生产环境中相关系统问题的排查、分析以及性能调整； 4、参与项目组核心代码评审、负责相关技术人员的培训和指导。 岗位要求： 1、熟练掌握Java编程语言，熟悉JVM原理，对Java性能优化有深入分析； 2、熟悉API接口、PC端和移动端Web应用开发，有相关产品研发经验；熟练掌握Java等J2EE相关开发语言和开发技术，熟练使用Spring，Springboot、MyBatis等开发框架、对dubbo，zk等微服务架构有实际开发经验; 3、熟练掌握Redis、kafka等中间件的使用。 4、熟练掌握MySQL等关系型数据库，深入理解数据库工作原理，有数据库调优相关经验；熟悉主流数据分布式方法，掌握数据库读写分离、分库分表原则，有实施经验者优先； 5、分析TCP/IP、HTTP等网络协议，对分布式、高并发、缓存、消息队列等技术有实际使用经验；对系统调优有一定的经验，尤其是对高并发的处理有相关经验 6、熟悉金融业务及参加过银行系统建设者优先。
